POLICIES

Our rates are per person per day, taxes included. 50% of the total cost of each reservation must be deposited 30 days prior to the reserved date.

The remaining 50% must be deposited 8 days prior to the reserved date.

Children between 8 and 4 years of age pay 50% of the rate.
Children under 3 years of age do not pay.

The guide will have free food and lodging if the group has 8 or more persons. If the group has less than 8 persons, lodging will still be free but the guide would obtain a 50% discount on food.

If due to bad weather or natural disasters your visit to La Leona must be cancelled, we will reimburse you with 50% of the amount deposited for your reservation. Cancellations 30 to 45 days prior to your arrival will be 100% reimbursed.

Cancellations between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% reimbursement.

Cancellations 15 days or less prior to arrival, will NOT be reimbursed.

If for causes beyond our control you cannot visit La Leona, there will be NO reimbursement on the payment made for reservation.
