The Restaurant

Our restaurant ´Jardines del Mar´ opens up to the panoramic view over the Pacific Ocean while you enjoy your delicious meal. Our local chefs cook variations of regional, national and international cuisine. At La Leona Eco Lodge we are well-known for offering miracle menus in the jungle. The bread for your breakfast is freshly baked on the spot every day!

After your dinner you can enjoy an Espresso, Cappuccino or even a Latte Macchiato made from famous Costa Rican coffee beans! The coffee we buy from a traditional family business in the mountains close to the Osa Peninsula.

We buy all ingredients for our restaurant locally; the fish we serve for example is caught from local fishermen in the Golfo Dulce.

At La Leona Eco Lodge we offer various meal packages. You can chose between package 1 with three meals per day, package 2 with dinner and breakfast included and – our youngest concept in the rainforest – the well-known ´Bed & Breakfast´. If you chose package 1 with three meals included you are always welcome to change your lunch into a box lunch for taking it on your hike. Just give us an advance notice for preparing your box-lunch.
